James Hook & Company presented early stage development plans at the December 18, 2013 Municipal Harbor Planning meeting where zoning of the Rose Kennedy Greenway corridor is under review by the Boston Redevelopment Authority and its Downtown Waterfront Advisory Committee.
After a 2008 fire, James Hook rebuilt and continues to operate their lobster and seafood business out of a small one-story building (pictured) on Northern Avenue. The family business is in its third generation and is a popular spot for local Bostonians and tourists alike. Read more about the early stage development plans for this Northern Avenue Parcel.
